4. Disclaimer of Liability

While Flared facilitates connections between users, Flared Inc. is not responsible for the actions or behavior of any user, whether online or offline. Once users move off-app and engage in real-life meetings, Flared Inc. disclaims any liability for any harm, injury, loss, or damage that may result from such interactions.

By using Flared, you acknowledge and agree that any in-person interactions with other users are at your own risk, and you assume full responsibility for your safety and well-being during such meetings.

3. Account Registration

• Account Creation: You may need to create an account to use certain features of the App. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration.

• Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account.
